All applicants to our program must consent to the following conditions:

• A pre-screening drug test (failure of this test will prevent your acceptance)
• A physical conducted by a Sports Physician at Legacy Sports Medicine
• A minimum 6 month commitment
• A comprehensive fitness analysis completed by one of our ELITE PROFESSIONALS
